Tangy Delight: Aam Ki Chutney Recipe Made Easy in 2024"
An absolutely delicious Gujarati recipe that cooks perfectly in the microwave . Enjoy with Paranthas or theplas.
Aam Ki Chutney
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups green manoges ( chopped)
2. 1 cups sugar
3. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder ( jeera)
4. 1 tsp aniseed ( saunf) crushed
5. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
6. 2 whole red chilli
7. 1/2 tsp rock salt ( black salt)
8. 1 tsp oil
9. A pinch of asafoetida (heeng)
Method :
1. In a Microwave safe bowl Add oil and Microwave at 100% powder for 30 secs.
2. Add red chillies, Mustard seeds,
3. Add aniseed , cumin seeds powder .
4. Add black salt and asafoetida .
5. Microwave at 100% power for 2 mins.
6. Stir in between .
7. Add chopped Raw mango
8. 1/2 cup water and microwave for 3 mins . at 100% power .
9. Add Sugar and Mix Thoroughly.
10. Microwave at 80 % power for 3-4 mins. ( till thick )
11. Serve chilled.
