Coconut Chutney With Baghar
Ingredients for Chutney
1. 2 cups grated coconut
2. 6-7 garlic flakes
3. 8-10 Curry Leaves
4. 5 tbsp curd
5. 2 Green Chillies
6. Salt (to taste)
For baghar :
1. 1 tsp mustard seeds2. 2-3 Dry red chillies
3. 5-6 Curry Leaves
4. 1 tbsp oil
Method :
1. Blend all the ingredients of chutney in a blender and refrigerate .
2. In a microwave safe bowl
3. Add all the ingredients for baghar and microwave for 2-3 mins. at 100% power.
4. Stir in between
5. Add baghar to coconut chutney
6. Serve with idli , vada and dosa.
