Cream OF Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1. 2 cup of chopped fresh Mushroom
2. 1onion ( finely chopped)
3. 1 tbsp cornflour
4. 1 tbsp garlic ( chopped)
5. 1 tbsp butter
6. 3 cups water
7. 1/2 cup cream
8. Add salt
9 Black powder ( to taste )
10. 1 tsp green coriander ( dhania ) ( chopped)

Method :
1. In a Microwave safe bowl microwave butter at 100% power for 30 secs.
2. Add Chopped onion & garlic.
3. Microwave for 2 mins . at 100% of power.
4. Add chopped mushrooms , salt and pepper
5. Add 3 cup of water ,
6. Microwave at 100 % power for 4-5 mins . and stir in between .
7. Add cornflour (in 1/2 cup of water )
8. Add microwave for 2 mins , at 100% power
9. Add cornflour cream and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
