"2024's Best Microwave Vegetable Pulao: Healthy and Delicious"
Relished in every Indian home, try this appetising combination of rice and veggies with freshly made Healthy raita and salad.
Vegetable Pulao
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup basmati rice
2. 50 gms. Shelled Peas
3. 50 gms cauliflower and other vegetables (chopped)
4. 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
5. 2 cinnamon sticks
Method :
1, Wash and Soak rice for 20 mins. In water .
2. Drain excess water and keep aside.
3. Add cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamoms, bay leaves, salt and chopped onion and microwave at 100% power for 2 mins . Stir in between
4. Add all other vegetables, soaked rice and 2 cup water and microwave covered at 100% power for 9-10 mins. and then at 60% power for 5-6 mins. Stir in between .
5. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
6, Serve hot with dal or curry.
Chef's Special ; You can add vegetables , mushroom or soya nutrinuggets to make it more it more nutritious.
