"Quick and Healthy Suji ka Cheela for a Balanced Diet"

Suji ka Cheela :

Ingredients :

  • 2 onions 
  • 2 capsicum
  • some water
  • 1tbs salt 
  • red chilli powder
  • green chili 
  • turmeric leave 
  • malaaee
  • Suji 

Method : 

1. Wash the vegetables and clean the suji. 
2. Then cut the onions , green chilli and capsicums .






3. Take a bowl and add suji in it then mix all the vegies and masalas 

4. Then wait for 10 mintues . 

5. Mix suji with some water or milk. \

6. And then take a non stick tawa and drop a oil
